Seen on eBay, a prototype of an eMate, a hybrid machine released in the nineties. The device is offered for an utterly exaggerated price ($14,900…).
It is green like the majority of eMates (there are a few colored versions), and the differences compared to a commercial model are few. It lacks markings under the screen, it has inscriptions under the shell indicating that it is a prototype, and the OS is evidently a pre-release version, but that’s all. It even has a green keyboard, whereas prototypes often have a gray model.
