Seen on Twitter, a seemingly fairly common prototype: a 3rd-generation iPod Touch with a camera. However, this unit appears to be functional.
Apparently, while Apple planned to include the camera (and the final version still has the space for it), the feature was often quite buggy. This model seems to capture a roughly sharp 2-megapixel photo, so it resembles more the camera from the first iPhone (notably without autofocus) rather than the equivalent iPhone, the 3GS.
