Seen on Twitter, it’s a regular iPhone 5S but with a particular feature: demonstration apps that were apparently pre-installed in Apple Stores (I believe). This is sometimes referred to as a « Demo Unit ».
Visually, there’s nothing special about it. The operating system is version 7.1 (pretty old) with a standard build. However, it comes with quite a few pre-installed apps, including classics like Badland, Angry Birds, Temple Run 2, Time Travel, and more. According to the author of the post, Apple’s built-in apps still have the skeuomorphic design typical of that era (which was largely abandoned with iOS 7).
