On a forum, I saw a prototype of a Macintosh IIsi.
The prototype is surprising in a way: it does not have official stickers indicating that it is a PVT model, but rather handwritten notes. Anyway, a PVT is usually not very different from a production model, as it is a PVT (Production Validation Testing), meaning a device used to validate industrial production.

A bit further in the thread, there is also a ROM for the same machine, but this time an older version.
It is worth noting that a persistent rumor suggests that the Macintosh IIsi was initially planned with a 68030 at 25 MHz, which was later slowed down to 20 MHz to avoid cannibalizing the higher-end lineup (or due to supply constraints, according to other sources). However, my Macintosh IIsi does have a 68030 marked at 20 MHz.
