It’s Apple Demo again, on YouTube, showcasing three second-generation iPod touch prototypes.
The first one is a Pre-EVTa, the oldest of the three, according to him. He mentions that it has a red motherboard—a common trait in prototypes—and that it does not boot.
The second one is an EVTa, a later version, but it has been (re)installed with a commercial version of iOS.
The third one (EVT B1-A) is unique: it was produced after the commercial version and was seemingly used to test a modified BootROM, likely to patch an exploit used for jailbreaking. Unfortunately, it is now running a standard version of iOS.
