From time to time, I check the FCC documents, and in those of the DTK (BCGA2330) – the Apple Developer Transition Kit for the ARM architecture – a silver variant can be found.
The commercial version (even though, in the case of the DTK, it’s somewhat unique) has a space gray shell, unlike the Mac mini M1, which is silver. And in the FCC documents, you can see a silver version in addition to the space gray one.
