Seen on eBay, a rather unique tool (and I’m not sure it’s an official Apple model): it allows connecting Apple Watches to a computer via the diagnostic port.
I know Apple had one for the first Apple Watches, but it looked different, and the connector has changed since the Apple Watch Series 2. This one is listed for $60 and is said to be compatible with Series 4 and 5. It’s worth noting that since Series 7 (I believe), there’s no longer a physical connector, and the connection is made through a dedicated wireless technology. This adapter features a female Lightning port for the connection.
